What will you be doing!
What we are looking for:
Education
Diploma or Post Graduate Certificate in Emergency Management from a recognized Post-Secondary Institution OR Emergency management, Security or Fire program management field with relevant work experience.
Experience
Five or more years of work experience in emergency management is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization in an ethical manner.
Demonstrated ability to manage and comprehend an extensive range of technological and/or business issues such as radiation protection, fire, industrial hygiene, security, logistics, and communications, both internal and external.
Ability to interpret relevant Federal, Provincial, and nuclear legislation and regulations.
Demonstrated strong planning and coordination skills along with the ability to organize information, assess issues and take necessary actions.
Security Clearance Eligibility Required
Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat''''s "Standard on Security Screening" and the "Policy on Government Security."
