Qualifications
Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and three years of full-time professional experience monitoring, developing, or implementing accounting systems or programs with services or related outcomes covered by organizational rules, regulations, or related standards.
Substitution of Education for Experience: Additional graduate coursework may substitute for the required experience on a year for year basis to a maximum of two years.

TEMA is currently accepting resumes for the position of Program Monitor 3. An employee in this class remains up to date on grant policies and procedures as they are implemented to monitor agencies receiving public funds from the State. The Program Monitor 3 evaluates compliance with State and Federal regulations and prepares reports detailing the conclusions.

All positions in this class require occasional travel. An applicant for this class must be willing to travel to be considered for a position in this class; Possession of a valid driver's license is an essential function of the position.
As part of the Tennessee Emergency Management Authority's mission, all positions may be called upon to support emergency operations. Employees may be required to work alternate schedules and/or report to alternate work locations to include disaster scenes to support response and recovery operations.
