Job Summary and Qualifications The Emergency Management Services (EMS) Coordinator acts as a liaison between area Emergency Medical Services (EMS) providers and related departments of Orange Park Hospital. What you will do:Serve as an advocate of the hospital with local, regional, and state EMS agencies.Assist with hospital disaster preparedness recommendations.Develop and implement a business plan, driving service line growth, and improving operations in terms of quality and processes.Ensure collaboration across all care settings within the facility as it relates to EMS. Attend Advisory Meetings for both local (North Florida) and state that are scheduled in Jacksonville AreaDevelop quality reviews in collaboration with CCFR and JFRDSchedule ride-along program and station visits with key Orange Park Hospital stakeholdersMaintain EMS breakrooms in compliance with all rules and regulationsAssist with EMS recognition to foster a positive relationship.
