Job DescriptionThe Emergency Management Specialist will assist the Citys American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) team which will manage grant programs and projects through their lifecycle and ensure proper due diligence for the ARPA funds. This positions primary functions will include compliance with rules and regulations administered by the grantor financial support and reporting. Work is performed under the general direction of the Emergency Manager but leeway is granted for the employee to exercise independent judgment and initiative. The nature of the work performed requires the employee to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all City personnel City Department Heads and other agencies
