Are you looking to advance your career in emergency medicine leadership? We are seeking a facility medical director to lead our team of emergency medicine physicians at Putnam Hospital Center (PHC) in Carmel, New York!

The ideal candidate should be board-certified in emergency medicine and have 3 to 5 years of EM leadership experience with evidence of operations management, process improvement, recruitment, and patient experience optimization. You will be responsible for the oversight of our team of physicians and APCs in the ED and will be supported by our regional medical director and vice president of operations.

Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $245 to $265 hourly. This is an independent contractor role.

Putnam Hospital (PH) is a 164-bed, acute care hospital offering medical, surgical, psychiatric and 24-hour emergency services. As the only hospital in Putnam County, Putnam Hospital has been serving the medical care needs of Putnam, northern Westchester and southern Dutchess counties since 1964. PH is a destination for advanced surgical services including minimally invasive orthopedics, bariatric surgery, da Vinci robotic assisted surgery, minimally invasive spine surgery, stroke care, 3D mammography, psychiatric care, maternity care, and four outpatient physical rehabilitation satellite facilities.
