Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our growing team. As an EMT with Northwest Ambulance, you will provide pre-hospital and interfacility care, transport patients safely, and represent our organization with professionalism and heart.

What You'll Do

As an NWA EMT, your core responsibilities will include:

• Policy & Protocol Compliance- Strictly follow Northwest Ambulance policies, procedures, and County Medical Protocols.
• Timely Task & Documentation Completion- Efficiently complete assigned duties and submit required paperwork promptly.
• Punctuality & Attentiveness- Report to shifts on time and remain alert, focused, and engaged throughout each call.
• Accurate Documentation- Ensure the accuracy of all patient and operational records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Patient Safety- Identify and mitigate potential risks to patient safety in accordance with established procedures.
• Safe Vehicle Operation- Operate the ambulance safely and responsibly, in full compliance with Washington State laws and company regulations.
• Team Collaboration- Partner with dispatchers, leadership, and crew members to deliver compassionate, timely care-especially during unexpected or high-pressure situations.
• Integrity & Service Excellence- Act with integrity, support the mission and values of Northwest Ambulance, and consistently exceed patient and customer expectations.
• Professional Appearance- Maintain a clean, polished appearance and uphold high uniform standards.
• Vehicle Readiness- Keep the ambulance clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout every shift.
• Additional Duties- Perform other tasks as assigned to support team and operational needs.
