We are actively hiring EMTs for the upcoming July and August 2026 sports season. If you are looking for a role that prioritizes your autonomy and your life outside of work, look no further. We provide flexible, seasonal, and substitute opportunities designed to fit your busy lifestyle—not dictate it.

The ATvantage Perks

  • A Collaborative Culture: Join a progressive healthcare staffing network that deeply respects emergency sports medicine and fosters a supportive community.

What You'll Do

Provide autonomous sideline medical coverage for a variety of high school and college sporting events within the EMT scope of practice. Core responsibilities include:

  • Concussion Management: Evaluate and intervene in suspected concussions in accordance with state laws.
  • Orthopedic & Wound Care: Manage soft tissue musculoskeletal injuries, skin abrasions, wounds, and other topical conditions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and secure patient care reports.

Who You Are

  • Experienced: MUST HAVE 3+ years of EMT experience, specifically in athletic, tournament, or event-based medical care.
  • Autonomous: You are completely comfortable acting as the primary medical authority on a sideline or at an event venue.
  • Patient-Centered: You have a passion for sports medicine and a deep commitment to providing high-quality, patient-first healthcare.
  • A Strong Communicator: You can seamlessly collaborate with athletes, families, coaches, and athletic training staff in fast-paced environments.
