The team at Florida Medical Center is growing and TeamHealth is seeking to add PRN emergency medicine nurse practitioners and physician assistants to our team in Lauderdale Lakes! 2-3 shifts will be available monthly, and coverage is 10am-10pm on weekends and 9am-7pm through the week. If you are a PA or NP with a minimum of 2 years of EM experience, a current Florida license, and ACLS/PALS certifications, you are just right for this role. Florida Medical Center, a campus of North Shore, is a 300-bed acute care hospital that offers a range of specialized services, including The Heart Institute of Florida, Comprehensive Stroke Center, The Rehabilitation Institute of Florida, Surgical Weight Loss Center, Sleep Lab, and Fall Prevention and Balance Clinic. The hospital also offers healthcare services in the specialized areas of neurology and neurosurgery, cancer care, orthopedics, urology, psychiatry, gynecology, imaging, pain treatment, wound care and 24-hour emergency services.
