Opportunity Overview
- Enjoy 12-hour physician shifts with excellent APC coverage
- Practice at a state-of-the-art facility within the Baptist Health System
- Support a diverse patient population with a wide case mix and strong acuity

Qualifications and Leadership Duties
- Leadership experience strongly preferred
- ABEM/AOBEM: board certified or board eligible
- Support the facility medical director in overseeing ED operations and clinical performance
- Provide guidance to the team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care
- Monitor patient outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives that enhance care, quality and efficiency
- Champion safety and best practices throughout the emergency department
