Assistant Facility Medical Director Responsibilities- Support the facility medical director in overseeing clinical operations
- Foster a culture of quality, safety, and patient-centered care
- Assist with clinician onboarding, mentoring, and engagement
- Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
- Collaborate with hospital administration and clinical stakeholders
- Help drive departmental goals and operational excellence
- Promote evidence-based clinical practice and patient satisfaction
- Serve as a physician leader and role model within the department
Qualifications- Board certified or board eligible in EM (ABEM/AOBEM)
- Current or eligible South Carolina medical license
- Prior leadership experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills
- Passion for quality patient care and physician leadership
