      • Moderate acuity Community hospital
      • 63 beds for hospital
      • Level 3 trauma center
    • Census:
      • Annual ED volume 15,000
    • Support Staff:
      • MA, RN, NP/PA
      • Multiple specialty backups
    • Procedures:
      • All Standard ER procedures
    • EMR:
      • EPIC
    • Board Certification:
      • Board Certified Required
    • Travel:
      • Hospital will cover
    • Credentialing timeline:
      • Expedited Onboarding hoping for ASAP start
    • Requirements:
      • Active IN state license
      • Active DEA in IN or willing to transfer
      • ACLS, PALS
