The hospital is looking for Physician- Emergency Medicine in Assistant New Rochelle, NY

• Bed Size- 160
• Temporary Privileges- Yes
• Annual Volume- 38,000
• ED (Emergency Department) Beds- 21 with Fast Track 12% - Admission Rate
• EMR (Electronic Medical Record) - Allscripts- Web EDIMS
• Patients per hour- 1.5-2
• Subspecialty Backup- Orthopedic, vascular, urology, ENT, Neurology, GI
• Call Required- NO
• Weekends Required- Yes
• Shift Model- 12 hours
• Shift Times- 8a-8p, 10a-10p, 1p-1a

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

AS A REMINDER:

• All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
• CV (Curriculum Vitae) must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
• Work History must be in Sequential order with most resent-on top
• Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
• EPA (Envision Pre-Application) (Please use the attached EPA. It is also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help)
• All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
• Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
• Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents

• The attached ICA must be used for any provider that is approved for credentialing.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• Board Certified
• PALS
• DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) - Required
