Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Emergency Medicine Nocturnist to join our established and collegial team serving St. Joseph Hospital (Level III Trauma Center) and Redwood Memorial Hospital in beautiful Humboldt County, Northern California. Work across two EDs treating 50,000+ annual visits
St. Joseph Hospital: Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 General Surgery,Orthopedics, OB, Pediatrics, Neurosurgery
Redwood Memorial Hospital: Critical access hospital, 8 beds, 15 minutessouth of Eureka
On-site lab and diagnostic services
Wide variety of cases and a supportive, collaborative culture
Close partnerships with tertiary centers: UCSF, UC Davis, Children'sHospital Oakland

Compensation & Incentives
Base shift pay ranges from $2,290 - $3,450 per shift depending onlocation, duration and day vs. night coverage
Shareholder opportunity starting year 3, with additional incentives andretention bonuses totaling $1M+ over a full career
Annual quality/performance bonuses
Up to $7,500/year for CME and professional expenses
Residency/fellowship stipend: up to $2,000/month for qualifying candidates
Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Total compensation may include productivity incentives, quality bonuses,call stipends, and extra-shift pay. Salary range reflects California law.
