This Regional Float PA role covers LewisGale Regional Health System's full western Virginia footprint from the Roanoke Valley to the New River Valley to the Alleghany Highlands, all connected along the I-81 corridor. It's a rare chance to work across a full spectrum of care settings, from full-service medical centers to freestanding EDs, without leaving one regional system.

The region itself is a big draw: Blue Ridge Mountain views, the Appalachian Trail, New River, and Smith Mountain Lake all within reach, alongside the small-city energy of Roanoke and the college-town feel of Blacksburg (Virginia Tech). Low cost of living, short commutes, and easy access to outdoor recreation year-round.

Requirements:

• PA-C w/ 2 + yrs ER experience
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Virginia Medical License and DEA
