Position Overview

Serve patients in moments that matter and be a part of the future of health care. SCP Health, a physician-founded and physician-led organization, is seeking a dedicated Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Emergency Department at Franciscan Health Munster in Munster, Indiana.

Clinical & Program Details
  • Annual ED Volume: Approximately 15,000 visits
  • ED Beds: 15
  • Specialty: Emergency Medicine
  • Facility Type: 63-bed Acute Care Hospital
  • Acuity: Moderate-volume community Emergency Department
  • Coverage Model: 24 hours/day physician coverage, 8 hours/day NP coverage (MondayFriday)
  • Strong physician collaboration and support
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (FNP or Acute Care NP preferred)
  • Active Indiana NP license (or ability to obtain)
  • BLS required
  • ACLS required
  • PALS required
  • Comfortable practicing in a moderate-volume Emergency Department
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
