Lead Patient-Centered Care as an Emergency Medicine Physician in Radcliff, KY, at Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care Radcliff

Local Team Collaboration:

• This brand-new freestanding Emergency Department, opening in September 2026, presents an exceptional opportunity to be part of a new team providing high-quality emergency care.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine or board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine with emergency medicine experience.
• Certifications Required for non-ABEM Physicians: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• 24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM.
• 12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality care in a 7-bed ED and a 5-bed on-site Urgent Care.
• Foster collaboration and support among team members.
• EPIC is the EMR.

• Radcliff is a thriving community in Hardin County, Kentucky. This affordable community of nearly 23,000 residents offers quality schools, a dense suburban feel, cultural diversity, and an ever-growing local restaurant scene.
• Radcliff is situated directly adjacent to the Fort Knox U.S. Army Base.
• Located close to Elizabethtown and less than 1 hour from Louisville, it is an idea place to live.
