Position Overview
Inhospital Physicians is seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join the team at St. John’s Hospital in Leavenworth, Kansas. This is a community-based ED with a strong culture, consistent volume, and diverse case mix, including behavioral health and correctional population exposure.
This role is ideal for physicians who value autonomy, efficiency, and a supportive team environment.
Position Highlights
- 1099 independent contractor role

- Full-time: 120 hours/month

Qualifications
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred)
- Will consider ABFM with 2+ years Emergency Medicine experience or EM fellowship
- Active or eligible for Kansas medical license (IMLC eligible)
- Comfortable with independent coverage and transfer-based care
Key Considerations
