Emergency Recovery Coordinators (ERC) with Paul Davis serve your community when it needs it the most. They generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events. ERCs cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities, create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer, and participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs. They proactively search for and act upon potential opportunities.
ERCs work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, first responders, and community leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. ERCs are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.
