Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.

Certifications Requirements:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
  • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of ER experience
  • Experience in medical-surgical units is also preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work night shifts (7 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to a rotating schedule and prior orientation day
  • Must have current state nursing license
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as needed

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital setting during night shifts.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
