What Youll Do- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room/Emergency Care setting
- Assess patient needs and respond appropriately in urgent and rapidly changing situations
- Support safe, efficient patient flow in an ER environment
- Coordinate with physicians, EMS, and other clinical teams to support transfer and continuity of care
- Contribute to trauma-ready care practices in a Level 4 Traumadesignated setting
- Assist with care during ambulance transfers and coordination related to air ambulance support
- Maintain documentation and follow facility clinical and safety protocols
