What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency and med/surg patient care in a critical access hospital setting.
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations, perform assessments, and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently.
- Support hospital protocols and safety procedures.
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN license in Kansas
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications preferred
- ER and Med/Surg experience, ideally in a critical access hospital setting
Preferred:
- Experience working in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
