What You Need
Required
- Valid RN license in Arkansas
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years ER experience, including travel
- Experience with Cerner EHR
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
- Flexibility with scheduling and availability for night shifts
Preferred
- Experience in rural or stand-alone ER settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
