• License/Certs: Arkansas RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (all via AHA; active at start)
• Experience: 3-5 years ER travel experience required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Scrubs: Any color

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality emergency care to adult patients in a rural emergency hospital setting
• Manage patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments within the ER
• Collaborate with a team of RN and Paramedic staff
• Utilize Cerner EMR to document care and coordinate patient treatment plans
• Support the hospital’s mission to deliver timely, compassionate care in a stand-alone ER environment
• Adapt to flexible scheduling needs in a fast-paced emergency setting

What You Need:
Required:

• Active Arkansas RN license
• 3-5 years ER travel experience
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (must be via AHA; active or scheduled prior to start)
• Cerner EMR experience
• Flexibility with scheduling

Preferred:

• Previous rural emergency hospital experience
• Experience working in stand-alone ER settings
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
