Compensation

• Starting Pay: $30.60/hr
• Mid-Level Pay: $38.25/hr (10 years of experience)
• Maximum Pay: $45.90/hr (15+ years of experience)
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hr

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join a fast-paced acute care team. The ER RN is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered emergency care while collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making abilities, and exceptional patient advocacy skills to support optimal patient outcomes and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Emergency & Clinical Care

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in accordance with departmental standards and clinical protocols
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and reassessments, including pain management evaluation
• Administer physician-ordered medications, treatments, procedures, and monitoring
• Accurately document patient care and clinical interventions within the medical record
• Respond efficiently to emergency situations while maintaining patient safety and comfort

Patient Advocacy & Experience

• Serve as an advocate for patients and families in emergency care situations
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism and empathy
• Anticipate patient needs and address concerns proactively

Patient & Family Education

• Educate patients and caregivers regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
• Communicate complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner
• Support post-discharge recovery planning and self-care education

Department Collaboration & Operations

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate emergency care services
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
• Support efficient patient throughput and emergency department operations

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Emergency Room RN experience required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within 30 days of hire
