Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER - RN)

We have multiple Med Surg & ER RN needs in Panama City Florida.  Currently they have both Mixed (3pm - 3am) and nights (7pm - 7am) available.  They have sign on and relocation available at managers discretion <\/span><\/span><\/span>

Compensation<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/p>

• Competitive Compensation <\/span>($30 - $48 per hour)<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Sign on for RNs with 2 or more years of experience on a case by case basis<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Relocation Bonus is on a case -by -case basis ($2,000 to $5,000)<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Mids (3pm -3am) and Night (7pm -7am) available<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Shift Differential:  Nights $4.00 per hr.  <\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/p>

    • Current FL RN License or compact RN license <\/span>
      <\/li>
    • 1 year in any of the hospital specialties ICU, PCU or ER preferred<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Graduate of an accredited BSN program preferred; willing to consider ASN with solid experience<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • BLS and/or any other certifications required for that specialty<\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>

      Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/p>

      • Looking for 1 year of experience in any of the hospital specialties<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Beds depending on location and department<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Proper patient ratios<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast -paced environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to fifty pounds<\/span><\/span><\/span>
