Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency patient assessment and triage on arrival.

• Administer medications and treatments per protocol while monitoring patient responses.

• Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.

• Prioritize patient safety and infection control, adhering to regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.

• Maintain readiness for fast-paced shifts and manage time to meet targets.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and pursue certification advancement.

• Utilize data and pipelines to forecast demand and adjust resource allocation.

• Communicate clearly with patients and families to explain procedures and expectations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to quality initiatives.

• Demonstrate accountability for individual performance within a team structure.

• Adhere to contract terms and on-site work requirements, maintaining reliability.

Experience/Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with current emergency care certification.

• Provide rapid triage and initial assessment on arrival per ER protocol.

• Administer medications and therapies with monitoring and documentation.

• Accurate electronic health record documentation of status and outcomes.

• Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans.

• Demonstrate time management and prioritization in fast-paced shifts.

• Pursue ongoing professional development and relevant certifications.

• Utilize data and demand forecasting to adjust staffing and resources.

• Clear communication with patients and families about procedures and expectations.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and participate in quality initiatives.

• Accountability for individual performance within a team, with measurable outcomes.

• On-site, contract-based role with reliable attendance and adherence to terms.
