Required Skills:

• Proven clinical proficiency in emergency care, including triage, stroke, and STEMI identification and management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Effective leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to support Med/Surg units as needed in a house supervisor role
• Ability to handle a wide variety of patient needs across age groups

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in hospital administration or case management
• Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within an emergency department

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, or related healthcare field
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in emergency or acute care settings
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital environment

Other Requirements:

• Valid licensure and certification in relevant clinical practice (e.g., RN, EMT-P)
• Ability to work night shifts, including rotating weekends
• Willingness to support departmental needs across multiple units when necessary
• Travel or relocation expenses may be reimbursed where applicable
