GREAT PAY

We offer our Emergency Services Clinician - Crisis Intervention Specialist a competitive wage of $28.85–$38.95 per hour (unlicensed) or $6,008–$8,111 per month (licensed).

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR EMERGENCY SERVICES CLINICIAN - CRISIS INTERVENTION SPECIALIST

This is a full‑time position working seven 24‑hour shifts per month with 24/7 supervisory support.


As an Emergency Services Clinician - Crisis Intervention Specialist, you'll respond to mental health crises across the Valley, conducting face-to-face assessments, coordinating with hospitals and law enforcement, and documenting each step diligently. You'll work with community partners, consult with supervisors, and provide guidance during critical moments with calm leadership and clinical confidence.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling
  • 3+ years of experience in the human service field
  • LPC or LCSW or appropriate licensure/certification
  • Ability to work 24-hour shifts with access to supervision 24/7
  • Strong documentation, assessment, and crisis stabilization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Basic Computer Skills in Microsoft Suite software
