Rainbow Restoration of Chesapeake is a growing emergency services and restoration company serving Hampton Roads. We are part of the Neighborly family of home services brands - national systems, local accountability.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE
We are open to three types of candidates:
EXPERIENCED - You have worked in restoration, remediation, or a related trade and you have a track record of executing correctly and documenting your work.
EMERGING - You are newer to the trade but you have worked in construction, labor, or a physically demanding field role and you take direction well and do quality work.
NEW TO THE FIELD - You have no restoration experience but you are physically capable, coachable, reliable, and ready to learn a trade with a real career path.

OUR HIRING PROCESS
We run a structured process - but we move fast, if you are the right person
Step 1: Apply - answer all qualifying questions in full
Step 2: Resume review
Step 3: Phone conversation - 10 to 15 minutes to walk through the role, confirm availability and physical requirements, and answer your questions
Step 4: Face-to-face interview and shop tour - meet the lead technician and Division Manager, see the equipment and vehicles, understand what the job actually looks like day to day (30-45 minutes)
Step 5: Paid working interview (half day) + lunch - you spend a half day on an active job with the lead technician. You are paid for your time. We want to see how you take direction, how you handle the work, and how you treat the customers property. We debrief after.
