Pay Range: $39.22/hr - $53.50 Based on Experience
Meritus Healths emergency room treats an average of 200 patients a day. We are one of the busiest STEMI sites in the state and one of the busiest Level 3 Trauma centers in the region. The Emergency/Trauma Registered Nurse performs advanced nursing skills as part of the trauma team and supports delivery of special airways (circidectomy/tracheostomy), chest tubes, trauma lines, mass transfusion, Belmost rapid infuser, internal paddles, compartment syndrome, trauma cart maintenance, preservation of amputated parts, traction devices such as Hare traction.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as a RN in an emergency department/trauma center of at least 35 beds. • BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) degree. • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications. • Emergency RN Certification is a plus.
