Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 3 shifts per week (1012 hours each), including 1 block of 3 nights per month; additional overnight shifts optional and compensated at higher rates.

Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency and critical care for companion animals in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Work closely with veterinary colleagues and technical staff to deliver coordinated patient care
  • Manage emergency cases during day, evening, and overnight rotations as scheduled
  • Maintain high standards of clinical excellence, communication, and patient advocacy
  • Support and mentor team members as appropriate

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited institution
  • Active veterinary license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong interest or experience in emergency and critical care medicine
  • Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork ability

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $140,000 $220,000 annually
  • Production Bonus: 2225%
  • Sign-On Bonus: Up to $50,000
