Schedule
Hospital hours: 12:00 PM 12:00 AM, 7 days per week
Full-time rotating schedule:
Week 1: Three shifts
Week 2: Four shifts
Shared weekend rotation
Flexible scheduling between the two emergency veterinarians
Typically one veterinarian on-site per shift
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary from $150,000+
23% ProSal production bonus available

Key Responsibilities
Manage emergency and urgent care cases from presentation through treatment and discharge
Perform emergency and soft tissue surgical procedures
Confidently assess and treat a broad range of emergency presentations
Deliver high-quality, efficient patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
Partner with hospital leadership to support continued growth and development
About You
DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
Licensed, or eligible for veterinary licensure, in Texas
Comfortable working independently as the primary veterinarian on shift
Strong emergency medicine and surgical skills
Motivated by clinical excellence, autonomy, and long-term career growth
