Emergency Veterinarian Pet Emergency & Referral Center

    Job Description

    Emergency Veterinarian

Emergency Veterinarian Opportunity in Palm Beach Gardens, FL

    Schedule: Full-time rotating

Why Join Pet Emergency & Referral Center

At PERC, we believe you shouldn't have to choose between practicing excellent medicine and working somewhere you genuinely enjoy. We believe in high clinical standards, collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability. We want doctors who are curious, thoughtful, and comfortable saying, "What do you think?" We're equally intentional about how we treat each other: plenty of humor, support when you need it, and a team on which asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.

Because the best emergency medicine comes from a strong team.

    • Flexible Scheduling - Work just three shifts per week with options for block scheduling (3 on/ 4 off) for optimal work-life balance.
    • Collaborative & Supportive Team - Work alongside 8 ER veterinarians and have support from specialists in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, Critical Care, and Surgery.
    • State-of-the-Art Facility - Equipped with Snyder Oxygen Cages, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Scopes, Ligasure, and CT to support advanced diagnostics and treatment.
    • Positive Work Culture - Join a fun, friendly, and dedicated team in a collaborative and energetic environment.
    • Professional Growth Support - Benefit from a Referral Relationship Manager focused on your success.
    • No non-compete
