We are seeking an experienced and confident Emergency/Urgent Care Veterinarian to join a modern, rapidly growing daytime ER/Urgent Care hospital in Brookside Village, TX, one of the fastest-growing communities in the Houston metropolitan area.

Schedule

• Hospital open 12:00pm12:00am, 7 days per week
• Full-time rotating schedule:
• Week 1: 3 shifts
• Week 2: 4 shifts
• Shared weekend coverage
• Flexible scheduling between the two veterinarians
• Typically one doctor on-site per shift

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary from $150,000+
• Lucrative equity participation opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage emergency and urgent care cases from initial presentation through treatment
• Perform emergency and soft tissue surgical procedures
• Handle a broad range of emergency cases confidently and efficiently
• Deliver high-quality medicine in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate closely with hospital leadership to support continued growth and success



Ideal Candidate

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas
• Comfortable working independently as the primary doctor on-site
• Strong emergency medicine and surgical confidence
• Motivated by both clinical excellence and long-term financial growth
