The practice is structured to support ER clinicians with strong technician coverage, clear triage protocols, and efficient workflows, allowing you to focus on medicine without unnecessary burnout.
This role is ideal for experienced ER veterinarians or confident clinicians transitioning into emergency medicine with the right support around them.
The Role
• Emergency and urgent care case management • Supported by experienced emergency-trained technicians and assistants • Structured ER shifts with clear handovers • Access to in-house diagnostics and surgical support
Compensation and Benefits
