    We arelooking for:EmergencyVeterinaryClinical Supervisor
    Schedule: 3 12 hour shifts 7a-7pm with every other weekend
    Never a dull moment in the ER! Are you someone who likes to be constantly moving from one thing to another? OurEmergencyteam is the perfect place for technicians who thrive in a fast-paced environment, can shift gears quickly and handle the stress of critical situations with ease. Every day is different andthere’snever the same case twice!
    Whatyou’lldo:
    • Escalates issues to Clinical Manager
    • Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s)
    • Collaborates with other departmentsregardingpatient and client needs
    • Prioritizes and organizes workflows for shift
    • Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift which includes but is not limited to: 
    • Manages early call-ins, early departures, call-offs, sharing of resources,breaksand lunches for team members
    • Assigns team member responsibilities per shift
    • Addresses process or employee issues during their shift
    • Communicates schedule changes, performanceconcernsand shiftissues  tothe Clinical Manager routinely
    • Serves as first level responder to client concerns and drug escalations
    • Trains and mentors new team members
    • Provides input to Clinical Manager on team member performance evaluations
    • Participates in on-call responsibilities
    • Participates in management or administrative meeting(s) routinely
    Who you are:
    • Strongcommunicationskills 
    • Prior veterinary experience,previousemergencyexperience desired
    • Proficientincalculations(drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.)
    • Flexibility with work hours and able to workadditionalhours when necessary
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent verbal and written
