Emerging Business Channels & State & Local Cyber Business, Vice President

The Opportunity:

Lead strategy, growth, and execution for emerging channels, including Strategic Cyber Growth partnerships and State & Local Cyber business. Build a national cyber market, helping clients modernize operations, strengthen resilience, and address threats using Booz Allen products, AI-enabled solutions, and technology partnerships. Create scalable go-to-market models, develop and lead joint initiatives with technology companies, and drive revenue growth. Own State & Local Cyber growth strategy, establish relationships with government leaders, and build an ecosystem to scale the business nationally. Execute OEM channel strategy, build sales teams, and direct pipeline development. Deliver against for KPIs including Gross Revenue, Profit, and completion of target sales campaigns. Lead and mentor high-performing sales and sales engineering teams. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience in developing and executing national cyber growth strategies

• 5+ years of experience with leading and owning executive customer relationships with State CIOs, CISOs, VARs, and Distributors

• Experience executing OEM channel strategies aligned to leadership priorities across DOW, IC, SLED and FED Civil markets and in coordination with the Commercial and Defense teams

• Experience in building direct and channel sales teams

• Experience in directing pipeline development and sales execution through direct and reseller channels

• Experience managing joint pipeline strategies tied to priority accounts and mission areas

• Experience in identifying opportunities for new bundled offerings, strategic captures, and market expansion

• Ability to establish premier cyber partnerships and scalable businesses across regions

• Ability to develop measurable growth plans and revenue targets supporting channel strategy

• Ability to lead co-selling efforts with account teams and partner sales organizations

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $225,000.00 to $375,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
