Perkins Coie is seeking a midlevel associate to join its expanding
Emerging Companies & Venture Capital
group in the Seattle office. The practice focuses on representing innovative companies throughout their lifecycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market
leaders.Candidates
must have at least two years of ECVC experience, preferably at a comparable law firm. Candidates must also have stellar academic credentials and references, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills,
quantitative
and Excel skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Compensation range: $235,000 to $365,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
