In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, collaborate with multiple teams, and prepare for the next step in your career.ResponsibilitiesWork with Store Manager to ensure that store operating procedures and processes are following company standards and assist with retraining associates as neededAssist with staffing audits, store processes, and asset protection functions and provide input on operational efficiency and process complianceChampion exceptional customer service and foster a positive, team-oriented environmentProvide support in inventory preparation and Door to Shelf functionsProvide flexible support for daily operations at assigned stores, including store recovery, PTO/LOA coverage, and special projectsAssist Store Manager in store office set up, maintaining clipboard or logbook, and other supervisory tasks as requestedTravel up to 50% of the time to support store operationsOther duties as assigned by District Manager or Regional DirectorYou'll receive comprehensive training, leadership development, and the opportunity to advance to a Store Manager role within 12 months.Skills and ExperienceHigh school or equivalent is preferred; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc.) is requiredStore management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferredValid Driver's License is requiredMust be able to lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation is requiredAbility to work flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays is requiredExceptional customer service, communication and problem-solving skills are requiredStrong relationship management skills are a mustPerks and BenefitsWe offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
