Supervises customer service associates and manages front-end operations, supporting store overall performance and making recommendations for improvement.
Assumes store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, overseeing merchandising, asset protection, sales, and profitability.
Leads team recruitment, performance management, and development to ensure engagement and goal achievement.
Enhances customer experience by greeting, assisting, resolving complaints, and coaching team members on service best practices.
Coordinates daily store activities, schedules, inventory control, and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Analyzes financial and performance data to drive store growth, supports pharmacy operations, and manages external partnerships.
Develops team talent, conducts training, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Communicates effectively with staff and supports store strategy implementation.
Qualifications include a relevant degree or experience, leadership skills, and flexibility to work varied hours and potentially relocate. Salary range: $45,000 - $71,550.
