Job Highlights
Learn to manage daily store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance goals
Support hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Deliver a positive and inclusive customer experience
Analyze store performance and help implement strategies to improve results
Participate in a formal training program to prepare for promotion to Store Manager
Candidate Profile
Must be 21 years of age or older
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (retail, hospitality, food service, or similar)
Strong communication and people leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow into a Store Manager role; able to obtain Pharmacy Technician Certification within 2 years (PTCB)
