Job Title: EMI/EMC DO-160 Engineer
Location : Rockford, IL (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EMI/EMC DO-160 Engineer to support aerospace qualification and certification programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EMI/EMC and environmental testing for aerospace products. This role involves test planning, execution, troubleshooting, and compliance documentation. Strong knowledge of RTCA DO-160 standards is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and support EMI/EMC and environmental qualification testing in accordance with RTCA DO-160 standards.
• Develop, review, and maintain test procedures, test plans, reports, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate and support testing activities at third-party EMC laboratories.
• Investigate test failures, perform root cause analysis, and provide engineering recommendations for resolution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience with EMI/EMC and environmental testing for aerospace or avionics products.
• Strong knowledge of RTCA DO-160 requirements and aerospace qualification processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, technical documentation, and communication skills.
