Summary Develops, maintains, and services contracts with businesses and schools for Employee/Student Assistance Services. Provides assessment, referral and brief counseling services for EAP/SAP clients. Develops and maintains rapport with Leaders in client companies. Presents workshops, seminars, and informational presentations as requested Education Must have a Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or related field. Substance abuse treatment training highly preferred. Licensure/Certification Must hold or must be working toward obtaining EAP certificate, or LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or APRN, within the standard timeframe specified by the State of Indiana. Experience Experience in the field of substance abuse treatment helpful. Must have a minimum of 1 years experience in the mental health or EAP field. Must have experience interfacing with business, third party payors and the general public. Must have experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Other Qualifications Must have good listening, verbal, written and presentation skills.
