Empire Pass Housekeeping Supervisor - Year Round

PURPOSE OF POSITION:The Empire Pass Housekeeping Supervisoris responsible forassistingthe housekeeping manager with training, developing, and supervising a highly effective team of housekeeping personnelto ensure guest, member, and employee satisfaction. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assistthe housekeepingmanager with training, developing, and supervisinghousekeeping staff

• Inspectcondos, record inspection results,and notifystaff of corrections needed

• Work withthe housekeeping manager to ensure weekly schedules provide quality coveragein adherence to budgetary guidelines and occupancy levels

• Coachhousekeeping staff inmaintainingupdated knowledge of housekeeping practices, products, techniques, and standards

• Clean condominiums thoroughly as specified byestablisheddepartment standards 

• Report any damage or any items in need of repair/replacement to management

• Post records, addressguests’ complaints about service and equipment, and write work orders and requisitions 

• Writereports and keep track of inventory

• Cleancommon areasof lodges and perform daily housekeeping services

• Stock condominiums withappropriate suppliesasestablishedby department standards

• Transportlinen to various locations and pick up linen to return to the Shooting Star Lodge 

• Other dutiesas assigned

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Previousexperience in housekeeping or property management

• Fluency in Spanish and English

• Mustbe able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must be 21 years of age andpossess a valid driver’s license

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Flex Year Round – may have periods of layoff or reduced hours

PAY RATE:

• $23.00 per hour
