Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and close new middle-market Employee Benefits accounts (75 – 2,500 lives).
- Consult with executives on cost containment, compliance, plan design, and wellness strategies.
- Partner with internal account management and marketing teams to drive long-term client retention.

- Active Life & Health (L&H) Insurance License.
