About the Role

19:21 Consultants is a high-growth employee benefits brokerage focused on blue-collar, industrial, and education clients. We specialize in self-funded strategies, captives, and cost-containment solutions that drive measurable financial outcomes.

We are seeking a Producer responsible for driving new business, building strong client relationships, and growing long-term revenue. This role is supported by an internal business development team and service staff, allowing you to focus on closing and advising.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and drive overall revenue growth
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, strategy, proposal, and close
  • Lead consultative conversations around:
    • Health plans
    • Pharmacy (PBM) strategies
    • Cost containment solutions
    • Compliance and funding structures
  • Partner with internal team members to develop and convert pipeline
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships
  • Drive client retention and identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
  • Collaborate with account management on onboarding and renewals

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of B2B or employee benefits sales experience
  • Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close business
  • Comfortable working with mid-market companies and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
