Help create meaningful experiences for employees at Schneller LLC. As part of our Human Resources team, you'll help plan and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and activities during our busy fourth quarter and through January 15.

This opportunity is ideal for a student who enjoys organizing details, connecting with people, and bringing plans to life. You'll receive direction on assigned projects and be expected to take initiative, coordinate next steps, and follow through from planning to completion.

    What You'll Do

Coordinate employee lunches, holiday activities, contests, and engagement events from planning through completion.

Support service awards, retirement celebrations, and other employee recognition and milestone programs.

Work with vendors, caterers, employees, supervisors, and other departments to coordinate logistics and keep plans on track.

Research activity options, gather information, and recommend ideas; order and organize food, gifts, prizes, awards, and supplies.

Take ownership of assigned projects and provide additional HR administrative and project support as needed.

    What You'll Bring

Strong organization, attention to detail, and dependable follow-through.

Initiative and the ability to work independently after receiving direction, ask questions when needed, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Clear, professional communication with employees, managers, vendors, and other contacts.

Creativity and an interest in employee engagement, events, and Human Resources.

Professional judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    Schedule and Availability

This temporary, part-time position requires consistent availability 3 days per week through January 15, including during college breaks. Daytime hours offer some flexibility around class schedules. Candidates must remain available in the area to maintain this schedule throughout the assignment.

    What You'll Gain

Gain hands-on experience coordinating employee programs and events, working with vendors, communicating across an organization, and managing competing priorities. You'll contribute to real HR projects and see how your work supports the employee experience.
