Overview:

The Employee Experience Associate provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for the Employee Experience function. This onsite role supports employee records, onboarding and employment transitions, employee communications, routine inquiries, and coordination across Employee Experience and related HR teams.

 

The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting routine HR processes, and helping ensure consistent execution of administrative work throughout the employee lifecycle.

 

Position Goals

  • Support Employee Experience Operations: Provide consistent administrative and operational support for key Employee Experience processes, communications, and employee inquiries.
  • Maintain Accurate Records and Process Execution: Ensure timely and accurate completion of employee records, documentation, tracking, and routine HR workflows.
  • Strengthen Team Coordination and Support: Support coordination across Employee Experience and partner teams to promote smooth handoffs, consistent communication, and reliable follow through.
  • Provide Reliable Employee Centric Support: Serve as a day-to-day support resource for employees and the Employee Experience team, including routine administrative and service needs.
Responsibilities:

Employee Records, HRIS & Documentation

  • Ensure data integrity by maintaining accurate employee records, documentation, and processing routine HR transactions in the company’s HRIS and related systems.
  • Support employee transactions, data changes, checklists, and related follow up.
  • Assist with performance review administration, document processing, and other recurring transactional needs.

New Hire, Onboarding & Orientation Support

  • Support onboarding activities including tracking, communication, documentation, and coordination of pre arrival and orientation needs.
  • Partner with Talent and HR Operations to help ensure a smooth transition from recruitment through onboarding.

Offboarding & Employment Transition Support

  • Support offboarding and employment transition activities, including documentation, record updates, and routine follow up.
  • Ensure timely coordination and handoff of transition related information to the appropriate HR partners.

Employee Experience Centralized Support

  • Provide centralized day-to-day support for Employee Experience, including employee inquiries, shared communications, calendars, trackers, and routine updates.
  • Support employee events, engagement activities, orders, invoices, and other operational tasks.
  • Assist with workspace governance, parking administration, and related coordination as assigned.

Special Projects & Additional Duties

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for Employee Experience projects, initiatives, and other assigned work.

Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience supporting administrative, employee support, HR, or related operational processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with HR systems, including UKG or similar HRIS platforms preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite and serve as a reliable resource for employees and the Employee Experience team.
  • Ability to review and work with digital and written information, communicate clearly with employees and team members, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
