    Job Description

    The People Behind the Service

We believe great hospitality starts with great people. Our team is passionate about creating memorable experiences while supporting one another through a culture of teamwork, respect, and growth. Whether you’re just starting your career or bringing years of experience, we value individuals who take pride in service and want to be part of something bigger than themselves. Together, we work hard, have fun, and make a meaningful impact every day.

    How You’ll Contribute

As Greenville Country Club’s Employee Experience Coordinator, you’ll help attract great talent and shape a workplace where people feel welcomed, connected, and supported. This role exists to strengthen the full employee journey—from first contact as a candidate to long-term engagement.

Key responsibilities include coordinating recruiting and hiring across departments; managing job postings, interviews, and pre-employment steps; supporting managers with interview best practices; leading onboarding and new-hire orientation; conducting 30/60/90-day check-ins; gathering feedback through stay/exit interviews and pulse surveys; coordinating recognition and employee/community events; creating clear internal communications; and providing admin/communications support to the Greenville Country Club Scholarship Foundation.

    Required skills/qualifications:
    - Bi-Lingual Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
    - Strong relationship-building, listening, and follow-through
    - Organized, detail-aware, and comfortable with confidentiality
    - Confident presenting to groups; strong writing skills
    - Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience); related experience preferred

If you enjoy helping people thrive, we’d love to hear from you—apply today.

    A Day That Connects

Your day blends planned touchpoints with real-time conversations. You might start by welcoming a candidate, setting a calm, professional tone, then shift to preparing a new-hire welcome and orientation materials. Midday could include walking the Club to connect with employees, listening for what’s going well and what’s getting in the way, and capturing themes to share with HR.

Later, you may draft a short, engaging update for internal channels, then help coordinate a recognition moment or upcoming event details. You may wrap up with a three-month check-in that surfaces a small concern early—so the right support can step in quickly. Throughout, you’ll be visible, approachable, and focused on making working at GCC feel clear, connected, and appreciated.
