BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an Employee Services Coordinator to join our Assistive Care State Programs Home Care Team, Office is located in Greensboro, NC.
The Employee Services Coordinator (ESC) provides essential services and key functions to both future and existing field employees within their service office. The ESC will ensure that all field employee compliance and onboarding workflow processes are completed with the highest level of efficiency, quality, and service. The ESC plays a key role in managing the high-volume administrative and reporting processes surrounding field employee onboarding, retention, and experience.
